1) Blue Light: Normal Charge / Red Light: Abnormal charging / Red Flashing Light:High Temperature
2?In order to avoid the infrared action constantly acting during the driving process (the arm always open and close automatically). We have improved the design-You can use the infrared sensor to open the arms when the arms are closed normally.
3?Make sure there is no foreign object (metal plate/ credit card/ ring holder etc) on the contact surface of the mobile phone or the case. Otherwise, it will stop charging. Please take out the foreign object such as metal plate before charging.
4?When the temperature of the mobile phone is too high(?60°), the wireless car charger will automatically stop charging and continue to be red light . The mobile phone automatically charge again after the temperature returns to normal. If the temperature is too high, try installing it at the AIR VENT.
5?Please remove your phone case(?4mm) for better fast charging. If case over 4mm or phone without fully putting right on the mount may cause the charging signal to be weak or not charging.
6?You can touch the button to release your phone when power off within 3 minutes because of super electric capacity. You also can even open the arm with your hand. More convenient after parking your car.
7) Please use the fast car charger and cable we provided or use ones that is certified and supports QC 3.0 fast charging protocol.
8?Please confirm the size of your phone before placing the phone and adjust the scale to the corresponding position.
9) Only support horizontal and vertical air vent instead of intersect, round air vent.
10)To avoid touching the left or right button, please grab the top of mount and then adjust the directions.
